Strutting Bird is releasing his hot new single, “You Still Shine,”

20 MAY 2023 (MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA) - Strutting Bird is releasing his hot new single, “You Still Shine,” on May 26th. The song is the lead single off his anticipated album, Twists and Turns, which will come out later this year with Willie Wagtail Records. 

Strutting Bird is known for his synesthesia flair- seeing images in music. Fun and funky guitar grooves and otherworldly chords pair with lyrics full of metaphors and imagery to produce his inspiring albums, similar to the 90s Louisiana band Neutral Milk Hotel.

“You Still Shine” follows the alternative rock vein the artist ended with on his previous album, Stone Path Blue. Slapping guitar riffs capture your attention from the first few seconds, carrying you through with an epic drum beat that will sink deep into your toes. Dreamy deconstructed chords transport you into swirling dust and fog around a beautiful woman while percussive guitar pounds through the dark to find her.
