Strutting Bird began as a DIY recording project founded by Patrick Toole in 2014 in Canberra, ACT, Australia. Since then he has added extra members and taken a more music focused direction. Alternative rock band Strutting Bird's lead vocalist Patrick Toole aims to liberate and innovate, with some of the genre's distinguishing characteristics being improvisational performances and unorthodox structures and rhythms.
